The PNW Begonia Society is a volunteer-run nonprofit shaped by the participation of its community. Whether you are new to begonias or have years of experience, there are meaningful ways to connect and contribute.
Getting involved allows you to:
Connect with the broader Pacific Northwest plant community
Strengthen your growing skills through hands-on experience
Support educational programs and outreach efforts
Help shape the future of a regional nonprofit
Our Society grows through shared effort, curiosity, and collaboration.
Assist with outreach tables, plant sales, workshops, and regional events. Volunteers often receive free event admission and early access before doors open to the public.
Help with communications, planning, outreach coordination, plant preparation, or display support.
As a charter branch of the American Begonia Society, we rely on volunteer leadership to ensure long-term stability and thoughtful governance. Members interested in deeper involvement are encouraged to express interest as opportunities arise.
That’s okay.
Complete the Get Involved form and we’ll follow up to learn more about your interests and availability. There is no long-term obligation, just an open invitation to participate in a way that feels aligned.
